At Verkoulen Oriental and European Antiques we sell authentic and high-quality antique objects. The company is run by Toussaint and Camille Verkoulen, both passionate about antiques and experienced with the field by collecting, studying and trading antiques for multiple years. After finishing university with a master degree in Dutch Law (Maastricht) and Finance (Amsterdam), we decided to pursue our passion and professionalize our hobby. We are not only passionate about finding collector objects for antique enthusiasts, but we also want to inspire the younger generation and show the decorative and historical value of antiques in the modern world.
Our collection mainly exists out of 17th, 18th and 19th century:
-Chinese Porcelain (specialization)
-Dutch Delftware
-Colonial and export objects
-European small objects
Why buy from us?
To maintain a certain accessibility, we offer objects in different ranges, all special in their own kind. Our antiques are not only decorative, but carry a historical value as well. Therefore, we describe every object in its context to make it come alive. In this way the item can be placed and appreciated in a historical-social perspective, as well as in a decorative way.
All our objects are provided with a small sticker and thereon a unique id-number.
